This plan is geared to those who have a background in Precision/Personalized Medicine, Genomics, and are able to move forward with the information independently. Opportunity to extend your membership for 6 months if you want to dive deeper into the information. Included: -Comprehensive DNA (Genomic) Analysis -In-Depth Blood Work Analysis -CLARITY Report (an amazing, easy to read report summarizing all your data) -Personalized Health Score and Tracking -Personalized Health Care Plan -1 Provider Appointment (60 minutes) Not Included: -Unlimited Messaging or Further Appointments -Follow-up labs -Further Testing (gut microbiome, in depth hormone analysis, sterol panel, etc)
