Continue your optimization plan by diving deeper into your Clarity Report. Now we have your DNA, labs, health history and goals we can continue to our recommendations to maximize you. Included: -Continued analysis of DNA, lab work, and understanding of your Clarity Report -6 Months (up to 3 visits 50 minutes each) -Health Score, Plan, and Tracking of Progress -Exercise Plan (referral to PT at Golds if member) -Unlimited Messaging (9-5 most days) -Discount on Thorne Supplements Not Included: -Follow-up labs $100-350 -Further Testing (gut biome, in depth hormone analysis, sterol panel, etc)
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule PLEASE allow 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 12 hours will be charged 50% of visit cost.
